Question
: What should I do when I first get hurt? Use hot pack to
ease the pain?
Answer : When injured, if there is no open wound, you
can place a bag of ice (using a Ziplock sandwich plastic bag,
adding 5-6 ice cubes and some water to make a ice bag) over
the injured area for 7 minutes. If swelling is severe, repeat
the ice packing every 1-2 hours. Never use hot pack first because
